Jamie has been serving as Lead Pastor since September of 2014. His desire is to lead people into a meaningful relationship with Christ, in partnership with the Holy Spirit. He has been married to his wife, Pam, for twenty-one years, and has three children, Davis, Cole and Jinja. Jamie is a big fan of the Toronto Raptors and Toronto Maple Leafs, and enjoys fishing in his spare time. 

Mike has been serving as Worship Pastor at Faith Welland since September 2019. He has a passion to lead people into the presence of God through song and expressive worship. He has been married to his wife Ellyse since 2005. They have two kids, Keeda and Jude. Mike is passionate about God, people, and music. Also, he doesn't have red hair, only a red beard.

Shane became our Connections Pastor in July 2022. He is passionate about launching people into purpose and helping everyone discover their God-given gifts in ministering to the world around them. He has been married to his wife Vicki since 2004. Shane thoroughly enjoys all things music, some things exercise, and Disney+.

Betty Boyd has been on staff at Faith Welland for over 25 years serving as the Outreach Pastor. Her role includes adult ministry in the community as well as SERVE 24/7 events. Betty is passionate about making memories with her grandkids and leaving a legacy of faith to her family and friends. She finds it important to reach individuals who may never consider entering a church and helping others to find their place to serve. In her spare time, Betty enjoys watching cheesy, happy ending movies, going for walks, crafting, and spending quality family time. 

Rylan has been on staff at Faith Welland since the beginning of 2019. He is  known as the Program Coordinator and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and youth in the Welland community. He bases his ministry around the verse, Matthew 5:14. In his spare time, Rylan likes to cycle the back roads of Pelham, listen to country music, and spend quality time with his friends and family. 

Michael Charles has been on the scene since February of 2008.  Michael Pastor's the Haitians of our community, who meet faithfully on Sunday evenings. He enjoys helping people become more like Christ and listening to their God stories. When he’s not serving, you can find him “having fun like crazy” (direct quote) – let the good times roll.

Val joined the Faith Welland staff in 2010 and serves as a full-time Office Administrator. Prior to Faith, Val sold sweaters for the retailer made famous by their iconic loon sweaters. Outside of work, Val enjoys being involved in life at Faith and serving in various ministry departments. She aspires to follow God’s calling in being the woman God has created her to be, and she loves to quilt. 

One word that can be used to describe Sonie is 'joyful'. You can always catch him with a smile on his face. Sony has been an integral part of Faith Welland and is hardworking and humble. He can always make you laugh, and cares a lot about his family.
