SMALL Groups

Its the mission of community groups to connect young adults into small groups between five to ten in number who gather on a regular basis for a common purpose, who are led by an identified leader to assist the group in their progress toward full devotion to Jesus by intentionally creating an atmosphere and environment for connection, community and spiritual formation. 


Creative Chicks with Allison John

Geared for young adult ladies who are looking to be crafty while talking about life, love, and faith. Tools and a small fee may be needed each session. Project Ideas always welcome!  Happening twice a month. 


Young Marrieds with Pastor Sunil and Allison John

Once every two months special "Date Night" events are designed for young married couples in their 20's and 30's. Sorry no child care provided. Keep an eye on our bulletin and Facebook pg for dates. 


Worship Night / community Outreach

The Awakening |except summer months|

The Awakening is the monthly worship experience of Diverge. At Diverge we believe its important for students to connect with God in the most amazing intimate way and we do this during our worship events. This cafe style night of worship is designed for young adults encounter God. Experience His presence. Receive the Father`s love. Once month on Saturdays @ 7:30 pm, young adults from all over the city gather at Faith Welland to do just that – experience God.

Red Frogs

Red Frogs is the outreach arm of Diverge for the students of Niagara College. The Red Frog Crew position themselves in environments where students need support the most; times like O-week, Study Week, and on a week-to-week basis at parties and events on and off campus. The volunteer based program is all about 'safeguarding a generation of young people.'
